About our yarn

  • How is your yarn made?

Our yarn is made by natural and synthetic fibre which meets the human-ecological requirements of the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX. With our own dyeing house and spinning mill in China, we could fully control the yarn quality.

  • Will the colour of the yarn consistent between different purchase?

Our yarn is dyed in large bulk lot in order to keep the colour consistency. However, the colour difference between different dye lots may vary even with the same dyeing formula. We promise to do our best to control the colour consistency but it is inevitable to have colour variance with different bags.

  • Will the yarn colour fade?

We add colour fixation during dyeing to ensure the colourfastness. But for some colours, like dark, rich or bright colour, they may slightly fade if rubbed or washed. So please follow the care instructions and separate these colours with light shade items in your project.

  • Do you have a physical store so I can visit?

Sorry. We only have virtual store on Amazon UK only at this stage. We hope to set up a physical store to get close with you in a near future.

 

  • If your yarn is out of stock, how long do I need to wait for re-stock?

We review and replenish our stock level regularly. You could also contact us directly for more details.

 

  • I’ve bought the yarn but the colour looks a bit different from the website. Is it a defect?

This is not a defect as colours may vary on different display resolutions which may look different from the actual product. We do our best to show the actual colour of the yarn on the website to you but slight colour difference is inevitable.

 

Shipping

  • What shipping method do you offer?

We provide both Standard and Expedited delivery. You could choose which method to ship the order when checkout. For the orders enjoy free shipping, they will be delivered via Standard delivery. 

 

  • Can I ship my order to multiple addresses?

All orders must be shipped to a single address. 

 

  • Could I track the delivery status?

You will receive an email after the package is dispatched. You could track the delivery status after then.  

 

  • Do you ship worldwide?

International shipping is available on Amazon UK. Please visit our store at Amazon UK and get what you want. Please follow the shipping policy on Amazon UK. Delivery rates and times may vary on shipping destination.
