Refund Policy

At Yarnie Knit we strive to offer the best service and quality of the products received. We hope you will be happy with the items you’ve received from Yarnie Knit but if not, we offer 30-days return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date that you receive your item to request a return. All sale items or items purchased with discount code CANNOT be returned for a refund or exchange. Shipping fee & rewards points are NOT refundable. 

To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If an item is damaged, or not as ordered, please contact us within 48 hours upon receipt for us to arrange a replacement or refund.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@yarnieknit.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for the cost of the postage of returns. Please get a tracking number when sending returns, to avoid any issues due to lost packages as Yarnie Knit cannot take responsibility for returns which lost or damage in transit.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).  We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to place a new order for the replacement and return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will refund your original order minus shipping fee once we receive the returned item. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, deducted the shipping fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
